Those are really good, man, why do you want to sell them?

Has anyone here preordered this case from New Force Comics?

I'm wondering if anyone's heard any news on these. They'll really be some of my first 2003 product, so I'm getting really impatient. Any news?

Nice call on the Catharsis Ed ;)

I just remembered another great one

La Vita e Bella the Movie Roberto Benigni won his Oscar for, cried like a baby

One of the best movies I have seen, should have made my top 10 too dang it

Life Is Beautiful? I also shed a few tears for that one. My girlfriend was a wreck! The credits were rolling, and people were filing out of the theatre, and she was just sitting there in tears. (gave me time to dry my eyes out too! ;))

Saga '02-'04 / Re: What 2003 SAGA product are you still missing?
« on: June 26, 2003, 12:42 PM »
I have the wave13 case preordered at newforce, so that will take care of a good amount of figures. Here's what I'm missing...

*Boba Fett (Carkoon)
*Hoth Han
*Imperial Officer head variants
*Rebel Trooper head variants
*Chewie (Mynock Hunt)

I haven't found anything (other than the Imperial 4-pack) at retail since last year. I'm really getting discouraged by this drought. I haven't had this much trouble with figures in all my years of collecting.

Brad, I'm not collecting them but I've seen the twins at Spencers and the Neo diorama at TRU the last two or three times I went. I've even spotted Trinity, though I've yet to find ALL the Matrix figures in one spot.

If I can find the Alien Queen here in the States at TRU, that ***** is MINE.  ;D

Try Gamestop. The one I got mine from had a few last I checked. They seem to be better stocked as far as the McFarlane figures go.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Top 10 favorite movies
« on: June 25, 2003, 05:16 PM »
1. Star Wars Saga (Its all one story to me)
2. Lord of the Rings (Ditto)
3. Alien/Aliens (I consider them one story arc. I dislike the other two)
4. Boogie Nights
5. Predator (Schwartzenegger's acting aside...)
6. Taxi Driver
7. Good Fellas
8. My Cousin Vinny (I don't know why, but I still laugh at this flick)
9. Gladiator
10. Shrek (another one I still laugh at)

I guess that would be my top ten, but there's other favorites too: Casino, Mean Streets, The Godfather, Terminator, Terminator2, X2, The Exorcist, CQ, Faster Pussycat KILL KILL, Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, Shawshank Redemption, Immortal Beloved, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, South Park, etc.

When I saw Yoda die in the theatre as a little scoundrel, I thought the world had just ended. I cried and cried and cried...I was so worried about Luke, on his own, against Vader and that creepy Emperor. I cried again when Vader threw the Emperor into the pit (tears of joy) and yet again when the rebels were united and started partying down with the Ewoks. Oh, and I also cried when the Ewok died and the other one tried to wake him up. Return of the Jedi was an emotional trainwreck for my adolescent mind. I love that movie...  :'(

I remember getting a little misty at the end of Forrest Gump.

Regarding Henry.

I'm sure there are a few others. And hey, crying during emotionally dramatic performances is called catharsis. Its a Greek word, I'm a Greek guy, I'll enjoy shedding a tear or two during movies, thank you very much! ;)

The reason I'm asking is because I wanted to see if someone could pick up one of these figures for me. I want one to do a custom for my Aliens vs. Predator set up. The figure in question is the black wetsuit Lara Croft pictured here...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :D :D :D
