Yup thanks Jeff, I grabbed singles of everything. Bummer about the Snowtroopers, luckily I had 9 already ordered from Amazon. Maybe I'll get lucky and 1 of 9 will somehow come in mint condition from Amazon. Hopefully they end up in a troop builder pack in the not-too-distant future.

Case of 8 at Entertainment Earth -> https://ee.toys/BVNCNT

Looks like EE has listed this case assortment as "cancelled".

Doesn't seem to be any official reason why yet.  Individual figure preorders seem to still be good for now though.

 :(

They didn't even send me a notification. But my preorder ended up getting canceled too. I guess I'll have to go back and add individual preorders for the rest or wait and see if they have an updated case.

I'm almost tempted to get another one for that price to swap out the forearms on so that I can have the un-armored version, but we know Hasbro will likely be double-dipping on that one within the next year or two.

Got my K-2SO today.  I can't remember if this has been mentioned, but it's not a repack.  There are some pretty significant paint differences, plus new wrist articulation.  Definitely a significant enough variant to open.

Hmmm, maybe I'm not seeing it? I had a few of the first K-2SO (they did come from tunghori, so they likely have issues) and compared them to the new one. The wrist articulation seems to be the same, but maybe just loosened some? My original versions all had mostly frozen wrist joints, but they were there. The only paint app differences I noticed were some slight weathering variations, but were pretty close.

Do you have a good comparison pic?

Agreed, great photos tman! I will probably use the same pilot for mine as well until we get Lt. Callahan next year. I'm really looking forward to getting these.

Sorry to hear about your family's loss Nick. Losing a companion like that is one of the toughest things in life.

Mine showed up today.  Maybe my memory is failing me, but this seems more substantial than the Tantivie Hallway playset.

One(?) of my three (all from Amazon) arrived today. It is relatively similar to the Tantive IV in size & detail. It is maybe just a bit wider.

While I’d have loved an OT Imperial hallway, this might be my favorite set to date. It seems to be the most modular of the setups so far, I love the spring-loaded doors and the finishes look great. I only have two small gripes, I wish they included 1-2 more of the red warning light accessories and I wish the figure came with more than a single small pistol. Other than that, this is a top-notch set.

I was hoping for Kallus or some of the other Season 1 Rebels crew in this slot, but this makes sense as a repaint and looks pretty good. I may end up grabbing a few extras to use as actual Imperial droids.

Now backordered.

Back again, I ended up ordering a case and will cancel some of my individual preorders.

Thanks Jeff! I added a few singles from Amazon since the EE case only had these packed 1x each.

Still not overly hyped for the wave, but that's good to hear. It feels like these have been out in the UK and overseas for 1.5 months at this point.

If we end up getting this wave within the next 1-2 weeks I wonder what that means for the remainder of 2024? Amazon/EE currently have the Wave 40 dates between March/May, I'd have to imagine that those would hopefully be coming sooner, too.

Nice, they both look great. I agree with Dave in that I wish we would get something besides an Obi-Wan from the show though... but at least we got the iconic last-look costume. I don't love The Acolyte as a whole but Yord had a cool death scene and will look great on the shelf with the others.

I held off on the full case from EE for now and just went w/ 2x of each from Amazon for now. But I may change that once we get a little more of the breakdown of what other single packed figures are included in the case, for now I don't want to end up with too many extras.

Jayson is reporting that The Ghost is now arriving to the US ports.  Normally takes 3-5 weeks to get from the ports to us so that December shipping estimate matches up nicely.

I should probably start figuring out where I'm going to put this...

I was at my storage unit this weekend and was trying to figure out what to do with my extras and where to fit them, it is going to be tight (I backed 3 total). I'll be opening one, but am not sure where I will actually put that one in my collection room. I'll be taking the carded figures from the 2nd, and then maybe selling that one right away, or maybe waiting a few months to get more back on it, TBD. And then the third will go to storage longer term until it makes sense to sell.

Thanks Jeff! I decided to go with a case from EE for my carded versions and then a few extra Snowtroopers from Amazon for army building.

Pleasanly surprised with this set overall. The Mando figures are all great and I'm glad they added a little new tooling to the figures. My only real gripe is that there are not enough blaster rifles/pistols to go around. It couldn't have saved them that much to only include the one rifle...
