Recent Clone Wars Finds/Purchases

Bought the Deluxe Battle Droid Pilot with the Armored Scout Tank last night.  That was one of my favorite Episode I mini-rigs, and I like the new deco on this version.

Picked up Cad Bane.............my last animated CW figure.  Kinda sad, but I have to start making my cuts.

I really wanted that "mini rig" but I'm not going there at $15.99-$17.99.  Probably the only one of the new four over-priced dlx sets out there that I wanted, but it just ain't worth it.

The price is definitely a deterent for me getting into the deluxe line.  I for one liked the ROTS Crab droid, and I'd be happy to get some more.  But with the new version costing as much as it does at TRU, I'm abstaining.

Even the Target price is too much. The only sets that are worth it are the Clone Trooper sets, but that will only last until figures are back down to $7.00.

Thats why I'm  not doing Army build anymore, at this time I only buy a wave to complete a droid,  or one or three figures if I realy need/like it, per check.

Turbo tank & ARC starfighter will have to wait for me if I'm lucky... New Gunship I maight not think it twice

Found a set of Jawas at my local WM this evening. Saw the ARF Trooper, Loathsom, Yularen, and a bunch of other dudes I couldn't afford too.

I found pretty much all of the CW figures that are currently released at Target today.  Actually, I can't really say "found" since I picked up a part time job with the morning stocking crew, but I did stock them and picked up a handful when I got off work.  Couldn't afford them all, but grabbed some - love the Jawas set, might have to get another one of those.  I thought I was going to abandon this line, but I've really been enjoying it again, so I hope to continue as long as I can afford it.  It seems to be all the stores are stocking around here anymore anyways.

Picked up the deluxe first day of school (backpack/jetpack 212th) Clones and deluxe Turbo Tank Cannon Clones yesterday. I liked them a lot when I saw them in person. The accessories are a lot bigger than I thought from the pictures.

Found Mace Windu and Commander Gree at Wal-Mart while I was out of town. They were the only new figures they had.

Picked up the "Ambush on the Vulture's Claw" and "Geonosis Assault" battlepacks today. Both in the Blue/White packaging.

Glad to have these stragglers to the Blue/White Battlepack collection!

Picked uo Yoda and abd ARF Trooper at my local WM. Yoda is pretty neat; much better than the previous version. It was pretty hard to fork over almost $8 for him, though.

I swore to myself that I'd leave this line behind, but I picked up all of the new clones today - minus Ponds.  Planning on a return tomorrow.....hopefully
