I got my set via BBTS today (I've been preordering MU waves since retail is pretty poor around here for the most part), and the Dr. Strange version I got is the regular (non-astral) version.

This wave showed up at my Target on Saturday or Sunday.  The only figure I don't think I saw was Dr. Strange.  The Doom actually looks like a pretty good figure. 

MU has really been flowing through my Target the last month or so.  They're selling through a lot of the more popular characters and getting restocked on a regular basis.  We don't even really have an Iron Man problem anymore, there might only be 1 IM figure from the MU line on the pegs.  We've even had a decent stock of Apocolypse and World War Hulk.  I think we only got the Cable wave twice, though.

Got my case from EE today.  The Dr. Stranges were Astral form.  They're okay.  I want a regular version too though.

Love me some Falcon.  The rest are okay.  I like Doom carded.

Oh p.s. hts.com has had X-Force, Avengers and Fantastic Four 3 packs in stock all day.  I've been trying to post this on marvelousnews.com forums but it's been down all day.

I didn't get Avengers but I got X-Force and FF because I must have the Deadpool and Invisible Woman figures

Marvel Universe figs are on sale this week at Target - Buy One Get One!  That's a pretty sweet sale.  Haven't been there in person to check it out yet though...

Finished my 4" Thing, Angrir Breaker of Souls figure, except the hammer.

Worked 10 hours on this guy since Friday but I'm happy with the result!



Best part - I got a meat tenderizer for the hammer.  Seeing as how that's basically what he's got.  Should be fun cutting it down to size at the office, the thing is solid cast aluminum.

Found at Wal-Mart this afternoon: 3-Packs and the Sentinel. I thought the Sentinel was a TRU Exclusive for some reason (wasn't Galactus? I never saw him anywhere else). No X-Force set but I did snag F4 and left the Avengers. Rang up at $19.96 or whatever random number WM uses.

I'll pick up the Sentinel sooner than later, now that I have income again I can afford to pick one up.

Galactus wasn't technically exclusive, but he pretty much was since, like you said, no other big box retail picked up the Masterworks line.

I think my complaint to Hasbro in the last Marvel Q&A worked, found the Skaar wave at Target today. Strange was gone but I snagged Dr. Doom and Scarlet Spider.
