God dammit, they ended up using the VOTC Stormie sculpt for the ANH set. Now I have to buy it... ::)

30th Anniversary Collection / Re: 2007 Basic Figure List

Are we counting JUST the basic figures in this thread, or any kind of 3.75' figure? If we're counting everything, there's the three Marvel 2-Packs (Tarkin/Stormtrooper, Stormie Han/Chewie, and Vader/Rebel Fleet Trooper), and the Quinlan Vos/Wilmar Grahk (sp?) 2-pack as well.

JK, I'll also be a senior, but they haven't done away with candy... yet. I'll have to wait until next week to find out. I know they talked about ridding the schools of sugar, but nothing has happened yet except for the school raising prices at vending machines ($1.00 for a candy bar, $1.50 for a soda can, $1.75 for a Powerade bottle).

I hope my TRU gets some in. I saw the CW Gunship once, and never saw THFG battle pack, so I'm hoping a few of these at least come in.

Scored a Chief Chirpa at Wal-Mart.

I have still yet to see these in stores, though the Endor wave is only hitting Austin lightly at the moment.

I have all the good figures from that BP already. Pass. Though is it me or does the Kit Fisto look like a repaint?

Mine got here on Saturday. Cool figure, but like Anton said, it's taking time to get used to having a black Stormtrooper. I'd like a second, but it's too expensive.

I'm thinking it's just a cardboard picture of the Skiff toy.

I thought it was funny, but I agree about it not being as funny as Anchorman. Then again, I didn't like Anchorman that much when I first saw it, but it grew on me. Hysterical stuff overall, and I'll definately pick up the DVD on release day.

You know Chris, you're a genius!  Why don't we just have adults post here!

That's the idea. Unless of course you can post like one (ie: Diddly for many years).

Aw, shucks. *blushes*

Star Wars Legos. There are only about 5-7 sets a year, and they all range in price from $1 to $100. I know I spend way more than that on Hasbro figures each year. Plus, it's always fun to just sit down and build the sets, it's really peaceful and helps to get your mind off things.

Well according to MTV, Famine is one of the biggest Trekkies alive. :P

I've tried to get into Star Trek before, but I found it to be boring. However, the only Trek related material I've ever watched in full was Nemesis. Bleh. Someday I need to give Trek a second chance and watch the older movies/TV episodes.
