The Black Series 3.75" / Re: Retail Prices/Sales/Discounts

Hey, if anyone sees any great SW deals on Amazon Prime Day tomorrow, it would be great to hear about it here. I will definitely be checking throughout the day to see if they hit any deep clearance on 6" stuff, like those $11 Clone Troopers last year. Then again, it may just all be a bunch of hype.

I don't blame people for voting for Jango. How much Prequel stuff have we gotten out of this line? Maul, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and two Clones? So five figures in a line containing maybe 30 figures total?

Yeah, but on the flip side, that figure was already leaked as coming out before the poll even started, so voting for something that there's a good indication you will get anyway could be seen as a wasted vote.

I think it's a shame that the Gammorean Guard was dead last. Dude is so full of dead weight plastic that it's going to be a long time before he gets any consideration outside of some kind of goofy exclusive.

I snagged the Universal Monsters Crypt set off eBay last night for a not too outrageous price. Still looking out that Haunted House set...hate to pass on the MOTU thing, but I have to draw a line somewhere.

Screw it, I'll find a place in the man-cave for this thing somewhere. I am tempted to wait for some kind of Black Friday/Amazon Lightning deal type thing to save a few bucks though.

It appears Walmart has jumped on the clearance bandwagon as well. I picked up a single carded Ezra for $4.50, two TIE/Stormy Mission Series 2-packs for $7 each, and a couple of 6" guys for $15 each over the weekend. Pretty nice haul.

They had vehicles marked down to $19 too, but I didn't bite on any of those.

Thanks for posting the gallery pics, I've been staring at that Toy Tokyo exclusive Wolf Man and I can't see any difference from the regular version.

And what's the deal with the giant-sized Alien?

I got my 2 Thorns today...what crap paint jobs. Worse than any of the Rebels stuff I've seen. And this is (was?) the premium line? Eesh.

Wait what just happened!?  ???

I have this mental image of the Hasbro guys just dropping the mic and dashing out the back door into a waiting van to get them to the helipad. Fans clutching at them like the fall of Saigon...LOL

Cool, thanks Jeff. That makes sense. I was thinking it might be some kind of odd division between Super 7 and Funko properties.

I was nosing around eBay last night and only saw one (very overpriced) auction for the Haunted House playset. Hopefully more pop up, I definitely want that thing.

Omar Sharif was the man!  His role in Lawrence of Arabia alone was phenomenal.  But I have to love him for being in one of my favorite bad movies of all time:  The Thirteenth Warrior.

Doh, how could i forget that! Great call, i loved that bad flick.
