Picked up the TRU exclusive Trilobite/Battle-Damaged Engineer Prometheus set with the extra 30% clearance price for like $14 I believe. Looking forward to opening this one up tonight!

Walgreens near me restocked with three more Glenns. Obnoxious.

Yeah, I saw SIX at one near me yesterday. Great figure, but sheesh!

Where are the rest?!?!

Pete, thanks a lot, very helpful info. I am headed down there again in a few weeks and Hollywood Studios is finally on our To-Do list. I have been looking forward to some BAD fun. Good to know Downtown Disney is a better bet than inside the park.

Were the boxed Star Tours sets marked down? I think I heard that somewhere...

Have started seeing Lego Princesses sets showing up on the shelves now post X-mas. I got my first set for my daughters today, the one with Merida and the 3 bears. They loved it, guessing we will be getting a bunch more of these.

It action figure isn't in the video. It's in the photo slideshow (4th photo)

D'oh!  :-[

Thanks, that actually looks really cool. At least with astromechs reduced articulation isn't an issue.

I'm in Virginia.  :-\

Rob, were just kidding or would you really be interested? I haven't decided one way or another what to do yet.

BiO sanitation Battallion, indeed.

I've watched the %^& video like 5 times and cannot for the life of me figure out where they show off any kind of finished action figure. I guess other folks see something I am missing.

I bought one of these things yesterday for an eye-popping $39 at Marshall's. I figured if nothing else I could at least flip it on the secondary market at some point, but when I got home I realized it was simply too massive for any box I had on hand. (yesthatswhatshesaid) I don't see how I could ever ship this for any reasonable price.

I kinda hate to take it back, but I don't have the space for it sadly.

They were $11.49 actually, I might pay that much for another Plagueis, but that's about it.

They're missing at least one 6" figure, since those are coming in groups of three.

Agreed it's too many Lukes...

Saga Legends / Re: Saga Legends "Mission Series" Figure 2-Packs
« on: January 25, 2014, 11:31 AM »
Well, Hell has officially frozen over, like everything else here. I found a fresh case of Wave 2 Mission Series 2-packs at Target this morning! And if that wasn't crazy enough, they had a 6" Boba Fett on the pegs too! I almost felt disoriented it had been so long since I saw a new Star Wars toy on a peg. That old familiar feeling soon came rushing back though, nothing beats the excitement of finding stuff in a store, at least for me.

They had 4 of the Maul 2-packs and I had to inspect them all very closely...I had heard about the sketchy paint apps but I had to see them close up to really grasp how sloppy they are. The most glaring issues are Maul's horns and a lot of errant black paint splashes around the torso arms and upper legs. Only 1 out of the 4 really looked decent enough to keep, I grabbed the second best for an opener and counted myself lucky to have had a choice.

Now I just need that Saga Legends Rex and I am good to go unless they announce something else of note for this year.

Thank you!!! Those look incredibly awesome! Last I heard wave 3 was due next month...hope that is still on track.

I guess that would be about it for the jaegers, still plenty of good kaiju left to make though.

Well, it's an odd deal to be sure. While it's true that Walgreen's does split up cases among stores, the ONLY figure to have shown up so far is Glenn, and always in a pair or pairs. This is how the exclusive Rick showed up at first too, and then later they got a larger selection at each store. But Glenn is not an exclusive figure so hard to say why he is the only one shipping so far.

I do expect the others will show up before too long.

Greg, that's a bummer to hear about the 10" Daryll. I still have mine in the package and constantly debate opening him. Maybe he is better off where he is though.
