But attending a big Belgian metalfest (http://www.graspop.be/2010/en/index.html) is certain! I mean, Ozzy, Zombie, ATR and Foreigner! Hell yeah!

Awesome, do yourself a favor and catch Arch Enemy and Amorphis' sets too. They appear to be the two best metal bands on that bill.  8)

I've sort of felt the same, at times, about Cad Bane - as cool as I think he is.  It seems like they really want to make sure you know these new baddies are "bad ass" or something.  I can understand either of them being good fighters, and maybe even taking out some red-shirt Jedis or something, but as far as I'm concerned - particularly in the case of Bane - if they run across a Jedi the level of Windu, Kenobi, or Skywalker, they should be toast.  Same thing with Oppress.  Not only does he somewhat easily handle Kenobi and Skywalker at the same time, he also seemed to do pretty well against Dooku and Ventress, despite just "learning" the dark side very recently.  I suppose it has something to do the powering up the Nightsisters gave him and everything, but it seemed a little extreme.

Dude, I could not agree with you more, and I have railed about this often. The Bad Guys win too much on this show, to the point it stretches credulity. And seriously, we have about 20 different villains now - I don't think anyone will be traumatized if Filoni starts trimming the herd. Oppress really should have died at the end of this arc.

I though the lightsaber duel was pretty exciting, but like in every movie I have ever seen, one person sits around and waits for the other to attack. Simultaneous apprarently is not part of the Sith dueling vocabulary.

Darth Maul? DARTH MAUL?!?! AYFKM? This is so contrived and ridiculous it is beyond words. Is he gonna have his robot legs too?  ::)

Someone posted in RS forum that this wave was spotted at a Target in Cali.

Hope they make it out to the East Coast before too much longer...

Thanks, no luck on this last night. I recall last time it took quite a few weeks for Jodo Kast to hit around here after he was spotted initially. Could be a bit of a wait. Still, something to look for...

Nope, it has not made it to retail yet, nor has the Tri-Fighter/HMP Wave even. Plo Koon's JSF came out with the Xanadu Blood and I only ever saw this at TRU.

I check HTS every day and the Turbo Speeder is not listed there yet either. Not even for Preorder.

It has not even been available at any of the major online retailers except as part of a larger case assortment, which is stupid expensive.

I'm jonesing for this thing too!

Has anyone gotten one of these in the mail lately?  I sent for mine in the Fall and haven't heard many/any deliveries since early November I don't think...

Hey Adam, I just received my second Bric yesterday in the mail, so they must be shipping again now. Showed up in pretty good shape too.

Think I'm done with this promotion now...hope it's not really the last one.

My votes would be Qui-Gonn, Qui-Gonn, and Qui-Gonn. And then Duchess Satine.  ;D

Speaking of V, does anyone think that Anna looks like Sheldon from Big Bang??
I cant get the image out of my head, each time she smirks I see Sheldon!

Go on try not to think about it

I keep thinking she looks like that ho' from Firefly.

Hmm, come to think of it...

Liam Neeson to reprise his role as Qui-Gon Jinn in next week's The Clone Wars

BEST...NEWS...EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HUGE Liam Neeson fan, loved the character too, and now we finally have an excuse for Hasbro to make an animated figure of him!

This just sounds insanely cool, cannot wait for that arc.

Cad Bane is in this movie?  :D

It's a shame they couldn't find another villain from, oh the first FIFTY YEARS or so of the comic to use. I guess they didn't have enough choices in there.  ::)

Seth Rogen was probably just really high.  8)

I found these today at the TRU up the street from me. They had doubles of each set. They're much smaller than I would have imagined from the packaged photos. Pretty cool stuff though.

Not to pour any gasoline on the still-burning embers, but it looks like these are back In Stock now at TRU.com.  :D

I don't see anything that says "Pre-Order" or "Sold Out" and the green check is there for "In Stock for shipping" but who knows?

Anyone still watching V this year?  I've enjoyed all three episodes so far this season.  Feels like they are ramping things up a bit faster than last season.  Big fan of Lisa's new V outfit too.   ;D

Still watching it and loving it. I absolutely agree they have upped the ante this year, I think because they know they are a bubble show and cannot afford the slow pacing of the first season to capture their audience, especially after that long hiatus.

Last night was great...SO awesome to see them kill that Cylon bitch. God I hated her on both shows! Any screen time for Jane Badler is a win in my book too.

I still think the writing and plotlines need a bit of work, but overall it has been a strong debut so far this year. The only thing I can't stand about the show is her loser d-bag son. What an idiot. I cannot wait for the eventual "reveal" scene where he realizes what a tool he has been all along. (Literally and figuratively)
