sort of a "Greatest Repacks" wave to help out people who missed on some harder to find figures and mix in some desirable army builders...

Aren't they already doing that?  Isn't Saga Legends essentially a "greatest repacks" assortment full of harder to find figures and desirable army builders? 

If they did have to do a "replacement wave", I'd much prefer repaints like JACKOFTRADZE mentioned over more straight repacks.

Wow, I've seen Logray go for more than average when he comes from a reliable seller like that (way too many Logray fakes out there to buy from an unkown seller IMHO), but nearly $300 is nuts...

Hasbro said there will be new figures to replace the Force Unleashed figures. Any ideas?

Um, didn't they just say "the place in the calendar previously marked for the TFU figures will be occupied by wave 8 of the basic figures".

Doesn't sound like they are planning a replacement wave, just moving things around...

I'm just glad nobody else asked about Force Unleashed this week. . .   

At least we had the bit about the 2 stormtroopers in our question, so our answer was slightly different from the rest...

The latest Hasbro QnA has been posted... and man is it chock full o'tidbits!

- no blue coat V30AC Hoth Han... and LFL squashed the extra "Hood Up" head
- Torture Rack Han Solo = confirmed 
- TFU figures officially delayed... but apparently it's not a big deal.

What about an ITO Interrogation Droid exclusive?  That'd be pretty cool...

I've stayed away from these 12" figures, but this Leia is so nice.  I am tempted to get her, but I know that then I'd want the ANH Han to go with her... then I'd want a Chewie to go with Han, then the Chess table, etc etc etc.
