The gang over at Action Figure Times have some great new picutres up of some of the Collection 2 figures that have leaked out early...

- The AT-TE Gunner is FANTASTIC. 2-piece helmet! Removable Armor pieces! It is realy a GREAT figure and I'm sure the Army builders out there will love him.

- Mas Amedda, as speculated in the carded thread, he does indeed have a tongue that attaches to his face (just like the nose boogers on Dannik). ::)

I guess now PotJ Mechanic Jar Jar has someone to tongue-wrestle with... :P

Head on over and check out the great loose pictures of these figures!

More info on Series 3...

Early reports on the case break-down:

Boba Fett = 4/12
Jango Fett = 2/12
Bossk = 2/12
Zuckuss = 2/12
Dengar = 1/12
4-LOM = 1/12

I've seen reports that Fett is 3 normal to 1 silver, but I've also seen reports where Fett was even at 2 normal and 2 silver.

Looks like the Series 3 chase is definately the Silver Boba Fett. Here are pictures from an auction on Yahoo Japan:

Lame. I was really hoping for IG-88. :(

Maybe he'll end up being the summer convention exclusive? :-\

Sounds like the Kubrick X-Men Box Set is shipping from Diamond this weekend, should be in stores on Wed.

I've got my eye on a couple local shops... as soon as the Spidey set and X-Men set get clearanced out, I'm all over them.

Power of the Jedi / Re: favorite POTJ figure

My favorite PotJ figure is still Bespin Han.

Not the best articulation, but it was light years ahead of the PotF2 Bespin Han. I loved the holster and the sculpt of his coat. Definately my favorite PotJ figure.

I guess there are some crazies out there who want to award the Stanley Cup to SOMEONE, even if there is no season or playoffs.  Their plan is to try to get the trustees to award the cup to the best team in Canada, sort of a winner take all between the OHL/IHL/QHL etc.

Pretty funny read if you are interested in reading about Stanley Cup obsessed, beer-swilling, hockey loving Canadians.   :P

But there was lots of talk about the Luke X-Wing Pilot, particularly his head. Was he a repack too?

I don't have him in front of me, but I believe he was the kit-bash Snowspeeder Luke who was included with the PotJ Snowspeeder...

I'll double-check tonight and let ya know for sure.

Any Kubricks done up from the Hush series yet?

No.

There have been 6 from the old Batman the Animated Series, 2 from Batman Beyond, 6 from the Batmovies (2 from #1, 4 from #2), and 7 (9 counting variants) from the comics but nothing that was specifically styled on the "Hush" style/artwork.

Word is the only one they are shopping is Sammy C, otherwise its wait and see what happens

There were some more rumblings about the possible J-Kidd deal too this AM, but I think that is more fanboy speculation than serious dealing at this point.

At this point in the year, I sure wouldn't mind Spree/Sammy C for Jason Kidd. ;)
